Exercise is Good for More Than Just Weight Loss

For many of us exercise is simply a tool for losing weight. But did you know that exercising has far more benefits than just weight loss?  According to the Mayo Clinic Staff losing weight is just an added benefit. In their write up they discuss in depth 7 benefits of regular physical activity: weight loss (of course), elimination of health conditions and diseases, mood improvement, boost of energy, better sleep, improved sex life, and fun (as we learn to make exercise part of family time).

Remember exercise needs to be part of our lifestyle so that we are of increased use for the kingdom. If you haven’t exercised in a while, take it one day at a time and just have fun!
