*For weight loss drink a cup of hot water with honey and cinnamon in the morning one half hour before breakfast and a cup at night before bed. If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person because it doesn’t allow the fat to accumulate in the body although one may consume a high calorie diet.
