  1. How much lemon and water. Fresh lemon juice or lemon slices??? Thanks!

    • Great question! I drink a 12oz mug at least once a day, but twice a day is recommended. And I always squeeze 1/2 half of a fresh lemon into my water. I don’t add sugar. Try less lemon if the taste is too tart.
