Good Day Surrender Fast Family!!!

This may seem  unrelated to health, but did you know that laughter contributes greatly to a long and healthy life? Although cliche’ laughter is good medicine and brings healing to the soul.

Melissa Breyer a writer for Care2 discusses the 8 benefits of laughter. According to Breyer laughter can:

–Lower blood pressure
–Increase vascular blood flow and oxygenation of the blood
–Give a workout to the diaphragm and abdominal, respiratory, facial, leg, and back muscles
–Reduce certain stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline
–Increase the response of tumor- and disease-killing cells
–Defend against respiratory infections–even reducing the frequency of colds
–Increase memory and learning
–Improve alertness, creativity, and memory

So make some time for laughter; it’s fun AND healing!
