You probably grew up on strawberries. But have you ever considered just how nutritious this little palm held fruit is?

Note: People with existing gallbladder or kidney issues may want to avoid eating strawberries due to the oxalates which are commonly found in strawberries and may interfere with the absorption of calcium in the body. (But it has not yet been proven if this is true or not.)
Now you can eat strawberries and know that there not only delicious to eat but there also good for you as well.
