Strawberries!!!

Don’t you just love this little red fruit with the green stem?

You probably grew up on strawberries. But have you ever considered just how nutritious this little palm held fruit is?

Well let me shed some light.

First of all…..

Strawberries also offer a wide variety of benefits. Some in which you may not have even thought to consider.

Strawberries

Boost Short Term Memory

Are low in calories – High in Fiber

Ease Inflammation

Lower Cardiovascular disease

Promote bone health

Prevent oesophageal – an uncommon but serious type of cancer that affects the oesophagus (gullet) cancer.

Have anti-aging properties

Are good for weight loss

Promote eye health

Note: People with existing gallbladder or kidney issues may want to avoid eating strawberries due to the oxalates which are commonly found in strawberries and may interfere with the absorption of calcium in the body. (But it has not yet been proven if this is true or not.)

Now you can eat strawberries and know that there not only delicious to eat but there also good for you as well.
