  1. I have some in my fridge right now. It’s SOUR, but I find that if I dilute it with water it’s much easier to drink. With all the benefits you’ve listed, I can’t wait to have a glass this morning! 🙂

    I just hear about tart cherry juice. I was told that if ur exercising that you shouldn’t drink it all the time

      That’s news to me. Quite a few athletes and everyday exercisers use tart cherry juice in place of sports drinks because of its recovery time.
