Faith’s Declaration!

Good News Thursday!!!

To listen to this weeks song for meditation, Click on Journal by Casey J

The other day I woke up and heard softly “Your faith can make things happen.”

And it immediately sparked something in me; because for a long time my faith has laid dormant.

It was due to one moment in my life where I was believing God to work a miracle, and because it didn’t happen the way that I believed it should happen, my faith was thrown off balance.

To be frank it became nonexistent.

But today my faith has been restored! And all because I heard those six words “Your faith can make things happen.”

So what God has spoken to me, I am now speaking it back to you.

“Your Faith Can Make Things Happen!”

Father I pray that you would silence the NOISE,
that comes to steal, kill and destroy.

I pray that you restore, renew and make whole the
the faith that has laid dormant for so long,
to become alive, fresh, and new.

I pray that you open the eyes of your people and
and show them as you showed the prophet
that was with Elisha, that they who be with us
are more than they that be with the enemy.

So if we put our faith in You, You will never
make us ashamed.

In Jesus name,
Amen!

  1. Truly this word is for me. Recently one of my dear friends had a stroke and things were looking really bad for him. Instead of praying for healing I was basically putting him in his grave. God spoke to me and said do you not believe that I can heal him. Like you my faith was obviously non-existent because healing never came to my mind. I was so convicted in my unbelief. God lead me to read a book that I already had started but never finished. Faith Like a Child by Johnny Parker. I want faith like a child. I am believing that God will heal my friend in the spiritual or in the natural. God is in control of all things.

    • Hello Urbanflower44

Faith like a child is the best way to sum it all up. I believe it’s time we get back to basics; trusting, leaning and depending on God, but our adversary is forever trying to bring about division between us and our Father. He wants us to believe that there is no hope so that we don’t hope. But God is with us and he is the great physician. We here at DCOM are believing and praying with you for God’s will to be done.

Please keep us posted. Be blessed.

Thanks for another reminder that our faith and what we speak by faith does makes things happen!. . We have to keep our faith renewed daily and not feed on the situations and challenges around us because they are temporary and subject to change ..but our faith walk , our spiritual growth and connections are what create our eternal promises and destinies!!! I love it and have to simply keep living it !!

    • Hello Lori,

I couldn’t of said it better if I tried. It truly is a daily decision we have to make to believe despite what we see, hear, or feel. If God said it, then He will do it. All we have to do is believe. Awesome!

    • Hello Kenneth,

Wow! Feeding the homeless for 8 months all because you believed and showed up with a yes. Thank you so much for the encouragement! It’s not about you having enough in order to do, but it’s about believing He has enough in order to do……..
      Love it!!!
