If so, then have I got a few pick me up tips for you.
Increase Your Magnesium Intake – This Mineral is responsible for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body. That’s including the breakdown of glucose in energy. States, Samantha Heller a Nutritionist from NY State University.
Recommended daily intake is 300 milligrams. 350 milligrams for women.
Adding a handful of almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, or eating more fish such as halibut, and increasing your whole grain and bran cereal intake should give you an extra boost.
Take A Walk – Experts say that increasing your physical activity equals an increase in energy. So, take a 10 minute walk around your block.
Take A Power Nap – Studies show that a 60 minute power nap cannot only reverse information overload, but it can also help you retain the information you’ve already learned.
Do Not Skip Breakfast or Any Other Meal – Studies show that people who eat breakfast tend to be in a better mood and have more energy.
Drink More Water – We know that it’s easy to confuse being thirsty with being hungry. But did you know that lacking water can disguise itself as fatigue? So remember to get in that tall glass of water.
If you don’t like water, spice it up by adding slices of lemons, limes or cucumbers.
