Sleep Better – Regular stretching and exercise will allow you to sleep more soundly throughout the night.
Less Likely To Be Injured – Floreani says that stretching helps the brain to remember the exact length your muscles are meant to be. Stretching for 10 minutes will allow you to have better coordination and a less likely chance of straining or tearing your muscles.
