Adding a handful of almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, or eating more fish such as halibut, and increasing your whole grain and bran cereal intake should give you an extra boost.

Take A Walk – Experts say that increasing your physical activity equals an increase in energy. So, take a 10 minute walk around your block.

One way I like to use Aloe Vera is as a sealant for my hair. It helps lock in the moisture and gives your hair a brilliant shine.

It’s also known to aid the hair in growth.
