Eating Greek yogurt is the new hip thing to do, but does it really pack a punch against its counterpart? Here are the facts:

Protein:

Greek yogurt is high in protein, making you feel fuller longer. An average a 6-ounce serving contains 15 to 20 grams of protein which is the same amount in 2 to 3 ounces of lean meat (good for vegetarians looking to get more protein in their diet).
