Lemons have an abundant amount of nourishing benefits which include Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, folate, niacin thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, copper, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium, protein, and phosphorus.
There are many ways to use lemons as well as the multiple benefits attached to lemons.

One way in which I love to use lemons is in my hair. During the winter months the air becomes dryer and less hydrating; It not only effects our skin but our hair may tend to suffer if we’re not giving it a little more TLC then normal.
