Are You In The Fight?

Happy Thursday!!!

To listen to this weeks song for meditation, Click on NO Longer Slaves by Jonathan and Melissa Helser

I think today is a great day to start back on the road to trusting God.

Sometimes the storm may get so hard that it seems like the only way to get any relief is by occupying your mind with something else.

It’s usually not even intentional. That reality t.v show, that delicious sweet you can’t seem to live without, shopping without purpose, internet surfing with no direction, or just becoming a couch potato and watching movie after movie.

Every time I’m asked to join one of these organizations I quickly reply any number of convenient excuses: “I’m too busy”, “I don’t have the money”,  “I’m in too many things already”, “It’s not God’s will” (imagine that, blaming God!). I have offered any and every excuse known to avoid becoming involved with any group that has the potential to produce more pain. But this weekend God said, “Enough is Enough!” Continue reading
