Salmon is known as one of the worlds healthiest foods.

Salmon is an outstanding source of vitamin B12, vitamin D, and selenium (the chemical element of atomic number 34, a gray crystalline nonmetal with semiconducting properties.)

It is a good source of niacin, omega 3-fatty acids, proteins, phosphorus, and vitamin B6.

It also has a significant amount of the antioxidant amino acid taurine.

Reasons to eat Salmon…..

It’s a beneficial in the treatment of osteoarthritis and other inflammatory joint conditions.

It makes you smarter and happier.

It increases your cardiovascular heart health.

It helps to build children’s brains.

It protects your eyes.

And it helps you sleep.

So, saute it, grill it, bake it, steam it. Anyway you decide to prepare it I’m sure will be delicious.

Calcium plays an important role in muscle contraction, transmitting messages through the nerves, and the release of hormones. If people aren’t getting enough calcium in their diet, the body takes calcium from the bones to ensure normal cell function, which can lead to weakened bones.

Bones grow rapidly during our childhood years, so it’s important for us to get as much calcium as we can to prevent bone loss later.

In addition people who tend to smoke, drink soda, caffeinated beverages, or drink alcohol may lack calcium due to the fact that those substances interferes with the body and the way it absorbs and uses calcium.

Hello Neighbor, I hope all is well in your week so far.

So I’m a huge fan of HDTV. I practically watch it everyday. From House Hunters, and Love It or List It, to the Property Brothers and Fixer Upper who could ask for more in a channel.

But one thing I’ve noticed across the board is that for the most part people want to be as far away from their neighbors as possible.

At first I didn’t even pay that much attention, being an introvert, but after a while it dawned on me that no one wanted to be near their neighbor.
