Shower Filters Can Improve the Qualtiy of Your Hair

shower filter
The weather outside is definitely frightful this winter in Buffalo, NY and it may not feel all that grand where you guys are either.

The frigid temperatures, the blistering winds, and the increased hard water that we’re experiencing is enough to make anyone feel an excessive amount of dry and itchy skin, as well as dry and lifeless hair.

Speaking of which, it seems like the hard water just sort of snuck up on me one day. Recently I even noticed that the hair conditioners I use to wash and condition my hair were not as effective as they had been. Likewise, I went from having no problems detangling my hair to almost not being able to get my fingers through it. I tried everything from deep conditioning, pre-pooing, ACV and black tea rinses…you name it! But my hair was just not responding.

they were there (In the City of David), the days were
accomplished that she should be delivered.

And she brought forth her
firstborn son, and wrapped him
in swaddling clothes, and laid
him in a manger; because there
was no room for them in the inn.

Winter has crept up on fall’s heels. The leaves have fallen off the trees and in some areas old man winter has already shown his face.

I live in Buffalo…enough said!

Then to further complicate things we are in the season of Holiday Shopping.

On the one hand, the excitement and great feeling you get on the inside as Christmas carols are played on the sound systems throughout the stores is wonderful.

Therefore, I’m offering some safety tips that will not only keep you vigilant, but also insure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience this holiday season. Continue reading

Quick Tip Monday!!!

In a previous blog I wrote about the benefits of dry brushing and I thought I would share again the reason why dry brushing could be beneficial for your overall health.

I picked it up and begin to massage my legs in an upward motion towards my heart and instantly the numbness went away and I was able to get some rest.

You might be asking…..
