Yum! You open up the box going for a drumstick, a flat, or both. But what is usually always overlooked and discarded? The celery!

In fact, it’s been so ignored, that it has been replaced by carrots. Crickets!!! I know it just dawned on you that there used to be celery in the box.

Eat Protein at Every Meal – foods such as chicken, fish, eggs, and low-fat dairy helps with detoxifying the liver.

Drink Green Tea – Catechins is a substance in green tea that helps detoxifies the body. 3 cups is preferred, but even drinking one cup is good. Stick with the organic kind if possible.
