Time To Breathe

Quick Tip Monday!!!

Here’s an oldie but goody on the importance of purposeful breathing. Enjoy!

BreatheDeeply…inhale through your nose counting 1…2…3…4…5, and exhale though your mouth counting 5…4…3…2…1, pause for 3 seconds, and begin again.

the worst of us and some evil
in the best of us. When we
discover this, we are less
prone to hate our enemies.

As I was watched Dr. Owens minister about the importance of health Tuesday night at The First Baptist Church of Glenarden, she made a profound statement. She said that sickness could be a product of unforgiveness. WOW! That was truly one of those statements that stops you in your tracks and causes you to meditate; a “Selah” moment indeed.
