We are approaching that time of year again.

What time of year you ask?

Strawberry Season!

Oh how I love that beautiful little red heart shaped fruit.

It’s sweet and delicious to the taste.

And it’s packed with multiple minerals and vitamins such as copper, potassium, biotin, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B6, and omega-3 fatty acids.

They’re not only savory and fun to eat but they’re also packed with multiple benefits.

Some of those benefits include…

  • Aiding in burning stored fat.
  • High in fiber, low in calories.
  • A booster for short term memory.
  • Helps to reduce inflammation.
  • Decrease heart disease.
  • Boost bone health.
  • Promotes eye health.
  • Good for weight loss.

“Holiday Safety Tips”

Quick Tip Monday!!!

Hey Guys! “It’s beginning to look a lot like the holidays, everywhere you go.”

And depending on where you live, you may have noticed a shift in the temperature. Fall was in bloom—the leaves were looking lovely in such a beautiful array of colors—and then just like that winter is now creeping up on fall’s heels.

The season is in full bloom and so is the holiday shopping.

On the one hand, the excitement and great feeling you get on the inside as Christmas carols are played on the sound systems throughout the stores is wonderful.

But on the other hand because we feel good and people seem to be a lot nicer,  we can become vulnerable to holiday crime and theft.

Therefore, I’m offering some safety tips that will not only keep you vigilant, but also ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience this holiday season. Continue reading
